qwkjob: include <signal.h> for kill()
qwkjob.cpp's process liveness check calls kill(pid, 0) on non-Windows platforms, but the declaration was only reaching it indirectly through glibc headers. The FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD and macOS builds failed with
"use of undeclared identifier 'kill'".
